Debbie Carlson-Gould
With a heart dedicated to service, Debbie is a compassionate advocate for mind-body-spirit wellness and empowerment. She is a certified Warrior Goddess Facilitator, Life Coach, Spiritual Coach, Energy Coach, and shamanic practitioner. Her diverse skill set and understanding of holistic practices bring personalized guidance and support to those seeking transformation and growth.

For over five years, Debbie has been leading women's circles and coaching women one-on-one, providing a safe and nurturing space for exploration, healing, and connection. Passionate about holistic living, Debbie is committed to promoting wellness in all aspects of life. She believes in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, and she works to empower others to cultivate balance and harmony in their lives.

Kelly George
Kelly is an experienced yoga instructor trained in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition who was recently certified in Yoga for Trauma Recovery and is also a certified Vibrational Sound Therapy practitioner. She graduated from University of Washington with an undergrad degree in Environmental Studies with a Human Rights minor, where she also earned a Masters degree in Cultural Studies.
She has been practicing yoga for over 22 years and has a deep passion for sharing embodied practices that honor both the mind-body-spirit connection and our quantum physical interconnection to all of the web of life.
Community building and promoting holistic well-being are just some of her main goals in sharing her love of yoga and sound.
Teacher
Peiwen Fannen
Peiwen is a nationally certified East Asian Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist. She graduated from Bastyr University with a Master’s Degree in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.

Growing up in Taiwan, she started practicing Tai Chi and other Chinese martial arts at the age of fifteen. In 2016 Peiwen began studying Qigong with Dr. Guan Cheng Sun, PhD. and in 2019 became a certified Yi Ren® Qigong instructor.

She is passionate about sharing self-care tools such as Tai Chi, Qigong, meditation, and massage to reach an individual’s optimal well-being.
