Please join Zen Heart Center Co-Creator and certified Vibrational Sound Therapy Practitioner Kelly George to welcome the return of the light with our Winter Solstice Sound Bath.
Though we are moving into the coldest and darkest season of the year, the solstice actually marks the moment when days begin to grow longer again as we look forward to Spring.
Sound baths are a gentle, replenishing experience that help bring your mind & body into a deep state of relaxation through sound & vibration. We will start off on our mats with mindful breathing & body awareness practice to center the body & mind, before sinking into a guided savasana that readies you for the activation of several different soothing instruments.
By accessing these deep states of relaxation via vibration & sound we allow the body to drop down into the Alpha and Theta brainwave frequencies, moving out of…
