April Sound Bath

Sound baths are a gentle, replenishing experience that help bring your mind and body into a deep state of relaxation through sound and vibration.

We will begin on our mats with mindful breathing and a body awareness practice, attuning ourselves to the stillness of the dark moon and the fertile space it provides for planting new seeds of intention. As you sink into a guided savasana, you will be bathed in the soothing frequencies of sacred instruments, harmonizing your body and spirit with the subtle yet potent energy of the lunar cycle.

By accessing these deep states of relaxation via vibration and sound, we allow the body to drop into the Alpha, Theta, and even Delta brainwave frequencies—shifting out of “fight or flight” and into the restorative state of “rest and digest.” This is the space where deep healing, clarity, and renewal occur.
